Do It For the Kids! CrossFit Krypton Hosts Compete for a Cure

For the 3rd consecutive year, CrossFit Krypton has hosted the Compete for a Cure benefit for the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Local athletes gathered at the Chesapeake Conference Center to participate in CrossFit workouts with the help of countless volunteers, local vendors, family and friends cheering them on. This year Scott Woods spoke of his son Aaron's experience and all that St. Jude Children's Research Hospital  did for them. The all-day event raised over $70,000.
