Hats Off for Fashion
The Women's Division Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce Chesapeake recently hosted Hats Off For Fashion. A fashion show and dinner event at Traditions in Chesapeake. The funds raised by the show and silent auction benefit their yearly scholarship program.
