Roland Davis, Jr. named 2013 First Citizen of Chesapeake
The Chesapeake Rotary Club hosted a dinner to honor Roland J. Davis, Jr. who was selected as the 2013 First Citizen of Chesapeake. Roland exemplifies the Rotary motto Service Above Self. The event marked the culmination of the 50th Anniversary of Chesapeake Celebration with the presentation of commemorative storybooks to every attendant.
