The Shopper presents gift to Foundation
The Shopper's Publisher and CEO, Jean Loxley-Barnard, presented William E. Bill Ward, President of the Great Bridge Battlefield & Waterways History Foundation, with a special gift commemorating the opening of the Foundation's office on Battlefield Blvd. The framed story, which was published by The Shopper in 2008, will be displayed at the GBB and WHF office.
