Portsmouth Rotary of Churchland paints their heart out

The Portsmouth Rotary Club of Churchland rolled up their sleeves and got to work. Paint Your Heart Out, their annual neighborhood beautification project, provides house painting and yard cleaning services to local senior citizens.
