Rotary Luncheon honors Chesapeake Wine Festival sponsors
Congressman Randy Forbes spoke at the Chesapeake Rotary's Kick Off Luncheon honoring sponsors for its upcoming wine festival. The overflow crowd found the congressman spellbinding, as always. Everyone was enthusiastic, anticipating an even more successful festival this year.
