G Gathering Great Strides for Cystic Fibrosis

Great Strides for Cystic Fibrosis

Although cystic fibrosis has taken its toll on some, walking to raise money for research hasn't slowed down anybody. At Chesapeake City Park supporters walked and ran to benefit the focus of finding a cure for cystic fibrosis. With a goal of raising $100,000 determined walkers and their sponsors will be able to help continue to find a cure.

Walkers from Team Rachel's Hope stretched from 3-6 miles each.

Happily playing, 11 month old Reese has cystic fibrosis.

Robin and David Crow are avid supporters for their 3 yr. old Ava, who has cystic fibrosis.

Larry Sutphin of Great Bridge walked for Team Ava and won a country ham in the raffle.

Team Megan was an excited group of support for their youngster.

Young Megan has cystic fibrosis, and came out to walk as well as dance the Cha Cha.
