Laura and Phil Wayland, owners of Chip's Wine and Beer Market, recently celebrated the Grand Opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony of their second location in The Moyock Commons Shopping Center. Their first store, a locals and tourist favorite, is located at mile post 6 in Kill Devil Hills.
