Girl Scout retires 130 flags in proper ceremony

Girl Scout Troop 264 recently gathered with family and friends for an official flag retirement ceremony coordinated by Girl Scout Senior Kiley McGinn. Kiley has been working towards her Girl Scout Silver Award for several months now. Her project was to collect worn and tattered flags from the community and give them the proper retirement they deserve.
