G Gathering Kids help St. Baldrick’s Foundation fight Cancer

Kids help St. Baldrick’s Foundation fight Cancer

Great Bridge Middle School 7th graders made a valiant sacrifice in an effort to raise funds to benefit children with cancer. 13-year-olds Conner Hays and Dylan Adams selflessly sacrificed their time and hair while participating in a recent St. Baldricks event, where the fund raisers set and meet their own goals, then have their heads shaved.

At this age it is amazing that they don't care what others think.
These are some great kids doing great things for a great cause.

-Connor's Mother, Tonya Hayes

Connor and Dylan have participated in this event twice and have raised over $1,000 combined for the noble cause. They both do this in honor of a girl in their class and for all children who continue to battle cancer.
