Sheriff offers seniors new form of ID

Chesapeake Sheriff John Newhart has upgraded the Senior ID Program. These ID cards will give seniors, 55 years and older an additional form of identification free of charge. Seniors usually have limited identification when they do not have a driver's license or a picture ID.
