Chesapeake Rotary Club members welcome Joel Rubin
Chesapeake Rotarians gave a warm welcome to speaker Joel Rubin, President of Rubin Communications based in Virginia Beach. Joel, who was recently inducted to the Virginia Communications Hall of Fame, gave a riveting talk about trends in advertising and the future of media and communications.
Chesapeake Commissioner of the Revenue, Ray Conner, was host to visiting Rotarian Priscilla Bele who is Chief Deputy Commissioner of the Revenue of Newport News.
