The Shopper's Publisher and PR Director speak at Kempsville Lion's Club

Jean Loxley-Barnard, Publisher/CEO of The Shopper and its Director of Public Relations, Allison Joyce, were treated to dinner and an enjoyable visit with members of the Kempsville Lion's Club, who welcomed them as guest speakers at a recent meeting. The Club is recognized for raising funds for and awareness of the needs of others in our community with hearing and sight impairment and for other humanitarian causes.
