Currituck Animal Shelter celebrates first annual doggie Easter treat hunt

Dogs and owners alike shared a fun day at the Currituck Animal Shelter's First Annual Doggie Easter Treat Hunt!  Co-sponsoring the event was The PetWay, owned by Debbie and Cameron Tabor, who provided the premium doggie treats that produced many tail wags and happy munching sounds from appreciative guests. Ginger Sikes, President of the Animal Lovers Assistance League, which operates the shelter, gave high praise to volunteers, the Currituck Department of Parks and Recreation, and the Currituck County Commissioners, who partnered with ALAL for the event.
