Fundraiser benefited Western Tidewater Free Clinic
The Carrollton Ruritan Club and the Carrollton Women's Club recently participated in a fund-raising even to benefit the Western Tidewater Free Clinic. The mission of the clinic is to provide high-quality, non-emergency health care to the residents of Western Tidewater between the ages of 19 and 64 who cannot afford health insurance.
