Hickory High School honor student attends the Inauguration

Billy Neice, an honor student and two-letter athlete at Hickory High School, was selected to attend the Inauguration of the 44th President of the United States. Billy was selected by the Congressional Youth Leadership Council and experienced first hand the grandeur of the ceremony and parade and attended a black tie gala ball. Billy is the son of Dan and Diana Neice of Hickory. Dan Neice is a financial advisor with Waddell & Reed, Inc in Virginia Beach.
