Friends of Hampton Roads annual Scholarship Ball supports high school seniors



Friends of Hampton Roads, Inc. (FOHR) recently held their annual Scholarship Ball at Portsmouth's Renaissance Hotel. The black-tie affair generates funds for college-bound African American high school seniors. Celebrating its 20th year, the group has raised $400,000 while providing leadership and inspiration in the community.
