JES Construction, 2008 Small Business of the Year
JES Construction Inc. was one of five area businesses honored at the 2008 Small Businesses of the Year award luncheon announcing Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce's choice of the Hampton Roads Small Business of the Year award. JES Construction was named Chesapeake's top small business for 2008. Stella Waltz accepted the award for JES.
