CHIP/Healthy Families are Lucky Ducks

The Great Bridge Inter coastal Waterway was filled with over 8000 rubber ducks for the 2007 race, benefiting the Chesapeake Healthy Investment Program. A sunny day, music to dance to, picnicking and games for all ages made a family spring day to enjoy. Volunteers from local businesses, girl scouts, middle and high school students, as well as Chesapeake's police and fire departments, shared their time to support healthy families of Chesapeake.
