Once again a packed luncheon at the Chesapeake Conference Center for the February luncheon honoring Legends of Honor Posthumously. Zach Staton, Weekend Sports Anchor and reporter for WTKR served as the Emcee for the luncheon and a slideshow tribute which was shown for the honorees.
