2023 First Citizen of Chesapeake
The Chesapeake Rotary Club recently held its 2023 First Citizen of Chesapeake Award Dinner at the Chesapeake Conference Center. The 2023 recipient was Dr. Nancy Welch, Public Health Director for the City of Chesapeake, whose accomplishments are many and impressive. The citizens of Chesapeake have been enriched by Dr. Welch. Her willingness to share her time and expertise with the community exemplifies the Rotary's motto, "Service Above Self."
