Gelati Celesti Comes to Chesapeake
Recently Chesapeake Mayor Rick West, city officials, and the Retail Alliance hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Gelati Celesti's new location off Volvo Parkway in Chesapeake. The event was followed by a day of free scoops for all customers. Customers describe this homemade ice cream as "a little taste of heaven."
