Shopper Publisher Jean Loxley-Barnard and her husband, Terry, can't help but smile whenever they dine at the Black Pelican—not only because of the great food but because they always seem to run into friends there. On one recent Pelican outing, they ran into Bill Francis, owner of W. T. Francis Electric Company, enjoying a delicious meal with his family.  The Black Pelican has become the place to go not only for the freshest seafood in Greenbrier but also to meet friends and neighbors.
