Congratulations to Lieutenant M. Brinkley, Senior Deputy K. Garland, Senior Deputy D. Batchelder, and Deputy O. Jenkins on their retirements from the Chesapeake Sheriff's Office! Sheriff Jim O'Sullivan presented them with their retirement plaques and credentials to cap off their combined 84 years of service to the City of Chesapeake and the Chesapeake Sheriff's Office. Sheriff O'Sullivan and members of his Command Staff thanked Lt. Brinkley (22 years), Senior Deputy Garland (26 years), Senior Deputy Batchelder (20 years), and Deputy Jenkins (16 years) for their service and wished them luck.
