Neighborhood Block Party brings people together



The City of Virginia Beach held its second Neighborhood Block Party at the Kempsville Recreation Center. The block party included several activities, demonstrations, snow cones and popcorn, which were free to the public. The recreation center wanted to promote community involvement with the recreational center and bring families together for a fun filled day.
