Recently Shopper Editor Rob Lauer,  joined his family at East Side Pizza in Portsmouth to celebrate the 91st birthday of his father, Bob Lauer. Instead of risking a fire by lighting 91 candles on Bob's birthday cake, the family decided to play it safe by lighting a 9 candle and a 1 candle.
