The Autism Society of Tidewater, Virginia hosted their 2nd Annual Super Hero 5K & Lil Hero Fun Run at Chesapeake City Park. Hundreds of runners came out, with all the proceeds going to the society. Quality Music And Dance performance teams the Sparklers, Dazzlers & Smile Squad cheered on the runners as they made their way around the course in the park. The QMD dancers also entertained the crowd, but their favorite part of the day was cheering on all the Lil Heros in the fun run!
