The 12th Session Graduation of the Chesapeake Sheriff's Office Training Academy's Basic Deputy School was held recently. Eleven deputies completed the 17-week course. Capt. David Rosado was the Master of Ceremonies and Councilwoman Debbie Ritter was the guest keynote speaker. Sheriff Jim O'Sullivan and Colonel William Bennett presented the graduates with their Basic Deputy certifications. The ceremony concluded with family members pinning each deputy with their hard-earned badges. Congratulations, 12th Session, and welcome to the Chesapeake Sheriff's Office family!
