Portsmouth celebrates 25th National Night Out



An annual event to empower residents to fight crime and take back their neighborhoods, Portsmouth's National Night Out recently celebrated its 25th year. Civic league members and concerned citizens met and mingled with the city's law enforcement personnel, while strengthening their neighborhood watch programs. The evening included food, games, giveaways and vital information.
