Jason Morgan, an experienced plumber who recently joined Russell's Heating and Cooling, is pictured with Shopper Publisher Jean Loxley-Barnard. 
"When one of our four bathrooms stopped working on a Monday, we called Russell's to take advantage of their new plumbing and electrical service," Jean explains. Even though we had three toilets still working, Jason had the problem one fixed before noon on Tuesday morning!  "Jason was so pleasant and happy to help, we decided to take his picture.  We call him "The Happy Plumber" now.
