Lucky Ducks! 11th Annual Hampton Roads Duck Race
Fun was had by all at the 11th Annual Hampton Roads Duck Race as more than 2,500 spectators cheered on their ducks and enjoyed a day of activities, food, music, and games, all to benefit Children's Health Investment Program (CHIP) and our community. Quack!
