8th Annual Blue Crab Festival
The South Norfolk Ruritan Club recently held its 8th annual Blue Crab Festival at the Khedive Shrine Center in Chesapeake. Family and friends feasted on blue crabs, Carolina Bar-B-Q, and fried fish. Proceeds from the event will be used for community service projects and the club's scholarship program.
