Ghent Business Association's 1st Celebration at the Chrysler honored several Norfolk citizens during a fabulous event that included entertainment by the Hurrah Players. Norfolk Mayor Paul Fraim was the keynote speaker and the evening was rounded out with food, drinks and wonderful company.
