Old Point annual stockholder meeting
The Old Point annual Stockholders' Meeting was held at the Hampton Roads Convention Center. Presentations were given by Robert F. Shuford, Chairman and CEO of Old Point Financial Corporation; Louis G. Morris, President and CEO, Old Point National Bank, and Eugene M. Jordan, II, President and CEO, Old Point Trust & Financial Services. A reception for approximately 700 shareholders was held following the meeting.
