The Chas Foundation Second Annual Golf Tournament

The Chas Foundation held its second annual golf tournament at the scenic Bid-A-Wee golf club in Portsmouth. Chas is a non-profit resource for people with mental illness and their families. It is the goal of the organization to show those who are suffering that they are not alone and have a place to go to for support.
