Richard Wentz Awarded First Citizen of Portsmouth
Richard Edward Hawks Wentz, Executive Director of the Portsmouth YMCA, was honored as the 2013 recipient of the First Citizen Award at the Portsmouth Renaissance Hotel and Conference Center. Friends and family members as well as the city's leaders helped to celebrate and recognize Mr. Wentz's extensive and longstanding public service.
