Chesapeake Sports Club

The March meeting of the Chesapeake Sports Club honored the outstanding high school athletes of the winter season. Longtime football and basketball coach Martin Oliver was inducted into the Legends of Honor. Steve Johnson introduced Olympics Silver Medal Pole Vaulter Lawrence Johnson. Lawrence, who was an outstanding high school athlete at Great Bridge High School, served as the guest speaker and was also a Legends of Honor recipient.
