Bon Secours Fleur-de-Lis Society Gala Benefitting the Hampton Roads Care-A-Van Program
The gala was held at the Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center in Norfolk and raised money to support the Hampton Roads Care-A-Van program. The Care-A-Van is a mobile health care program that provides free health care to uninsured individuals in Norfolk, Portsmouth, Newport News and Suffolk.
