A Public Thank You: Portsmouth Police Awards Ceremony
Council chambers at City Hall were filled to capacity at the annual Portsmouth Police Awards ceremony. Officers, volunteers, city employees and others whose action and dedication enhanced law enforcement were given a public Thank You.
