Monteros host fundraiser for Congressman Randy Forbes

Dr. and Mrs. Juan Montero entertained friends at their son Andy’s restaurant, Montero’s in Elizabeth City, honoring Congressman Randy Forbes and his wife, Shirley. Guests enjoyed camaraderie and wonderful food in a private dining room.
