Miss Virginia sendoff on Rosemary Willis’ 22nd Birthday!

Friends, family and well wishers gathered at the Chesapeake Conference Center during the holidays to wish Miss Virginia, Rosemary Willis, a happy 22nd birthday as she prepares to leave for the Miss America Pageant in Las Vegas.

Rosemary, a lifelong resident of Chesapeake, is the only daughter of Judge Larry Willis and Attorney Patricia Willis, a former member of City Council. The Willises also have two sons.

The Beauty Queen performed two songs for her fans and introduced long-time special friends.
