Mike and Barbara Wheatley, owners of Cleaners Closet, headquartered in Hampton Roads, recently opened their Cypress Point home for friends. The couple moved to Virginia Beach from Great Bridge two years ago. Both were Bayside High graduates and are happy to be home after making many friends in Chesapeake. Guests brought a canned food item for the homeless shelter, sponsored by Haygood United Methodist Church, food closet.
