I am the COO of The Shopper and since 1986 I have worked hard to help make it, and keep it, the familiar hometown magazine we are all so proud of. To see the positive impact we have on businesses, non-profit organizations and the communities we serve is why we do what we do!
I enjoy traveling and documenting the magnificent sights I encounter while indulging my passion for photography. I have taken thousands of photos both here and abroad and still get excited when I capture that special shot.
One of my favorite activities is spending time with my husband, Terry Young, and our family and friends while sailing the Chesapeake Bay and the waters of Hampton Roads.
I am a firm believer in working hard and not stopping until the job is done right. But when its time to relax and play, I'm just as dedicated :-)
