Shannon Kinser, Assistant Director at the College of The Albemarle Small Business Center, has been named Rotarian of the Year by the Currituck Wild Goose Rotary Club. Shannon was a charter member of the club, and served as its President in 2009-2010. She is currently the club’s Administrative Chair.
