Joyce Metger named Moyock Teacher of the Year

The Moyock Ruritan Club recently presented the Outstanding Moyock Teacher of the Year award to Joyce Metger. She has been a teacher in Currituck for 21 years, and currently teaches 2nd grade at Moyock Elementary.
