Chef Harper Bradshaw has opened his latest new restaurant in downtown Suffolk. He converted a previously unused pawn shop into a comfortable, charming southern bistro. The menu features fresh Eastern Shore seafood, Harper’s original dishes and especially his homemade desserts.
