The Ribbon Cutting was led by Chesapeake City Council Member Debbie Ritter Susan Dewey Executive Director of the Virginia Housing Authority Jerry Harris Development Manager of Gateway At SoNo Mayor Alan Krasnoff and Deputy City Manager Wanda Barnard Bailey Jerry thanked Gateway At SoNo partners city and state officials and the community for the collaborative effort and dedicated the day and the project to his late partner Bill Judah Bills wife Gay and family were also in attendance
