The Hampton Roads Partnership Regional Day Breakfast meeting at the Chesapeake Conference Center was a time to celebrate Regionalism. Each city in Hampton Roads had a representative present to vote Yes! to the commitment to be united in one region. Governor Bob McDonnell was the speaker.
