Working toward the city’s goal to Get It Right, Portsmouth Commissioner of the Revenue Franklin Edmondson recently offered residents a Saturday drive-thru service for personal property assessment appeal. This courtesy service was a great relief for taxpayers who were not able to visit the city office during normal business hours.
