Forbes Dinner at Montero’s Restaurant in Elizabeth City

Close friends and supporters of Congressman Randy Forbes gathered for an annual dinner at Monteros Restaurant in Elizabeth City. Hosted by retired surgeon Juan Montero and his wife Mary who live in the Woodards Mill neighborhood in Chesapeake, their son Andy Montero’s popular restaurant was an obvious choice for the event.
